Before applying this you must thoroughly clean off the old grease

Take apart the old helicoids and scrub them in degreaser with a toothbrush until they sparkle like new

I have been trying to use 34that cheaper brand34 of helical grease sold on amazon and could not figure out why no matter how well i ultrasonically cleaned the parts it felt rough and sticky
