Pros

It is remarkably good for traveling with the wheels. It has the telescoping handle and it's rollable which is a must for us. She loves the color and the wheels took really smooth.

Lots of room and pockets. My laptop is a little bigger than what it says will fit in the laptop pocket. It's very roomy. I wish the material is stretchy so that instead of getting ripped by the extreme filling, it would stretch.

Cons

The telescoping handle no longer extends past the shortest point so everyday is awkward since the handle is too short now. It's unfortunate that i have to pay for shipping for this very bulky item to be returned to be inspected.

Well made and holds enough for a long weekend

It’s sturdy love the color and holds just about everything i need for work everyday

It was so heavy it actually started to rip

We stuff this thing and i dont feel like the zippers are about to bust open

This was worth the additional cost and sticker shock

And it was just junk and expensive piece of junk
