Cons

The machine is very disappointing. Not the pedal, but the power unit inside the jack. Spent six months in the shop waiting for foreign country (japan) to send part. There were several defects with this brand new machine.

The bobbin jams when it is almost empty. Went ahead finishing my quilt for it only to skip time in the middle of casually chain piecing. It also mangles the corner of the fabric.

I really like the pop up plate thread cutter and needle threader and the sturdiness

It walked right thru 4 layers of heavy denim with 2 layers of interfacing

I got it this fall and have already made several quilts on it

Now that i have it it is worth every penny

This was an excellent price from kens sewing center through amazon

I ordered the janome 6650 because i couldnt afford what i wanted which was the janome mc 6700p

I was very skeptical in them paying so much money

It was shipped in a box that was much too large without any other packaging materials inside
