Only one prob is the foot control i cant seem to get it slow enough but this is prob more user error

Then a week or so later i hit a mechanical problem which i tried hard to solve but eventually decided the machine must be broken

I complained to amazon and was contacted by the seller with a promise of a phone call from janome in the hope of solving the problem

My only gripe is that the foot pedal feels like its made from quite cheap plastic and doesnt feel that sturdy

The cable between the machine and the foot pedal is also not very long so you cant use the machine on a high table
