Pill is not large, and is easy to *. Follow the recommended dosage. It’s a zinc tablet.
Cons
One month in after taking 1 pill daily, i was stuck with the worst cystic acne of my life. At least these are easy to *, but unfortunately not worth returning.

The flavour is awful and its a little chalky to swallow but that seems to be the case for most zinc tablets
