Pros

Overall they are a very safe and economical alternative. They have replaced me taking gaviscon or nexium to prevent heartburn. Only drawback is that the pills still smell like vinegar.

Cons

Buyer beware. There has been very little research done on the pills. People take them for many reasons but the only reason i use these is to help with digestion issues. Not to easy to *, very large pills.
