Comes unassembled in a relatively dense/heavy, but well-packed box. The bolts fit perfectly, as did the washers. Comes well-packaged with no dings or defects.

Gorgeous real wood with exquisite satin finish, very nice upholstery, solid construction, sturdy legs and braces. They slide right under the island top allowing more room in my small kitchen. It is so hard to find light oak these days.

It then provides further instructions for fixing any wobble and alignment. However, it’s sturdy and pretty. The one funny item in the instructions is a testament to how solidly built these stools are.
