I had an earring back that got lost but since they came with the earrings from china im not sure about what to call the comfort backs and if theyll fit the posts

The backs showed the first signs of my chemistry in action they have drastic visual changes like the silicone covering the metal earring backs are badly discolored as are the metal backs encased in the silicone

The backs of the spheres that touch my ears are also looking like the posts to a lesser degree but they show signs of not being completely sterling silver

These backings are unusual and concerned if i lose the backings will have to purchase replacements

My only complaint is i wish they came larger than the 8mm as i like my first hole stud earrings to be large kind of a statement piece

I was skeptical but had three ear piercings in each ear two on each side were closing for lack of use
