Pros
It has a great, smooth grassy flavor (no fishy bitter funkiness) with very little settling. The flavor is mellow and doesn't leave an aftertaste.
It blends really well. Then pour in hot milk or creme or w. He has cll and read many studies on how match powder can kill cancer cells.
It is a bit pricey but ceremonial matcha tea is harvested in a particular way and is worth it. The package opens and seals well and it's small and convenient to store. Definitely saved money and the hassle of waiting in line at starbucks with this.
Cons
Quality and quantity is below par. Jade is importer and they charging so much for low grade matcha. If anyone wants to spend money better spend on japanese manufactures not american importer.
