Fits comfortably snug on your head. Durable and ergonomic enough for thicker gloves to grab it without it slipping. Only gripe is the top head band adjustment.

Great product for beginners or experienced welders. It's simple to use and affordable. It is lightweight and functions very well.
Cons
The picture shows a wire clip retainer around the adf. This is a cheep clip system and i don't think it will last very long. The weight is unbearable.
