very bright i added a piece of foil on the bottom inside to give a bit more punch it is plastic but if it were metal it would fall off the glass the suctions cups are fine but make sure you mount the unit completely away from the windshield frit the cups must be flat on the glass not touching anything that would break the suction seal not even one little dot it holds the last flash pattern but make sure you turn off the switch not just pull the plug if you cant see my vehicle coming at you you are either blind stupid or dui but it happens highly recommended photo shows t
