Pros

Jackery 500 explorer is great for power outages in your home, camping, for ham radio. It is hooked to a 100w solar panel mounted on our rooftop tent. The only major weakness the jackery's have in my opinion is the low solar input they can handle.

Worked like a charm. Fast delivery, excellent packaging, beautiful unit. Customer service is awesome too.

Jackery is a great off grid and on grid power bank. It's a great backup when the lights go out. Power up the cable modem and invariably the internet is still there.

Cons

Used once. Never held a charge again.

I didn't even read the negative reviews before purchasing this one. I really hope you guys will take this back and refund my money or let me try the 1000 or something before the sale i was looking to purchase goes away.

Very poor product and very overpriced. Too much to spend just to run laptop and small items like phones. Buy this brand with caution.

Even after hours connected to the solar panel, it is dead. Tried a reset both times with no luck. Now it's dead as a doornail. The the screen is blank n never light up.
