Best tenderizer on the market. Tenderizes nicely. Can pop in the dishwasher. Works great for tenderizing meat.

Please beware of this product.

The knife cartridge, once removed, is nearly impossible to replace. Jaccard needs to widen the knife slits on the blade guide. It's just super hard to make the blades *, period.

The abs column meat tenderizer is approximately $4. Amazon's description says made in usa, and they may still have some older ones in stock, but i'm not risking having to return it.

Took me 30 minutes of messing with it to get it straight and back together. Even had to put on my cheater specs.
