Pros

Super flexible headband for people with giant heads. Ease of use. All around a fantastic head set.

It's so simple with the usb stick. The 2 different ways to mute is so necessary. Amazing clarity and ability to jump between zoom-team calls to cell phone.

Cons

To anyone thinking about purchasing from jabra:save yourself the hassle and put your money elsewhere. In regards to quality, also overpriced for a consumer product.

Updating to big sur, major issues in connecting on and off. Solution:-- swore to never buy jabra again. Mostly use my logitech pro x wireless instead.
