Pros

Good sound, good microphone, comfortable for several hours. Fit & finish, sturdiness of the components is what you would expect in headphones in this price range. The sound is ok for on ear headphones and according to others the mic is decent.

Most amazing part of this is i have a two story house. I can go all the way to the basement, from my upstairs bedroom where it is connected, and i can still hear the conversation on the phone. The bluetooth range is also amazing.

The microphone flip/mute function is nice. The sound (volume) will ramp in when you start a call/video/song. But the bonus is, there is also a button that mutes it!

The jabra direct app is a great way to pair the headphones with your phone. Connectivity is great, even when the headphones are not plugged in.

Great noise cancellation. It cancels out background noise even in normal phone calls. Only complaint is that the headset seems to go into battery saver mode.

Cons

I think this * me off more than anything else. Very disappointing given that the price and marketing of this as an enterprise product for businesses.

The charging light blinks very faintly.

I want to wear this headset with the mic on my left ear but that is impossible as it only extends down on the right side

For such an expensive headset i dont understand how this was overlooked during product design
