Excellent audio quality. Over and above decent sound quality and build quality. Though the microphone quality can be improved. Bass is a bit bassier than i would like, but it's better than some earbuds.

Pair of earphones are truly phenomenal. Awesome bass. It really pumps you up for exercise. They look great - very subtle and often people don't see that i'm wearing them.

Charging case ensures you always have juice but the battery life is still a problem. It is still convenient. The battery while using the buds lasts for *ages* before having to recharge.

Great sound & decent anc. Awesome boost, the feel of the product and the connectivity. Best sound quality and good anc. But with anc and music playing you're isolated.

Left bud is dead and this was my third jabra product and each were defective. Poor quality of battery. If you don't intend to use them for sports, they are ok.

Will again have to go through the pain of contacting the support. Support and service in india is definitely sub-standard. Co has no system for replacement during warranty.

Sparing the good amount of money & product is down. Technically jabra offers good products but unfortunately this seems to be not the case with this model.

My issue with this device is with the bluetooth connectivity and the fit. I really hope an update is released asap for rectifying the master * issue first as it is the most problematic feature.
