The wheels did not disappoint! It rolls smoothly, does not topple over awkwardly and the handle telescopes easily. In addition, the wheels look sturdier too.

The bag is heavy and the strap wasn't strop enough. Doesn't travel well on the bus when fully packed. Since the wheel is broken, it completely defeats the purpose of rolling backpack.

Wouldn't recommend buying it because of this flaw unless the design changes. It disturbed all my classmates, it disturbs people anywhere i take it. Can not use.
