Pros

One side for carving the turkey or roast and the other side for chopping vegetables. I really like the bird indention on other side, have used it to carve several chickens and it works like a charm.

Recieved this model as a christmas present. It is hefty, functional, and also presentable. The design is exceedingly functional.

Cons

Turkey dripping everywhere. Developed a large crack after 8 months of light use and handwashing. Haven’t put it in the dishwasher.

Very disappointing. Beyond frustrating.

Within a month of purchasing, the wood split. The middle glue seems has come loose and it splitting right down the center. A plastic cutting board is preferable at this time.
