I was amazed at how comfortable it was to carry the izula at my 1000 position for right hand crossdraw
I attached the clip plate to the izula sheath in a horizontal carry position
The clip includes four screws and nuts to attach to the sheath and the holes in the clip plate and sheath line up properly

This is a wellmade clip plate that is extremely solid and mates up very well with the sheath
This is a great accessory for esees izula knife
If you want to carry your izula on your belt or in your waistband get this
Ordered this for my esee izula technically described as a neck knife

If you try to attach it as is on the other side of the sheath in order to carry your knife in the righthanded fashion only 2 of holes will line up

I dont know why they designed the clip plate for the 10 of the population that is lefthanded must be a lefthanded person leading their design team
