Pros & Cons
Pros
This bag is way more durable than aquatank (both versions) i owned both & this bag is more dependable and sturdy. That’s not a ding on the bladder.
Once full, slightly loosen the top cap to burp any trapped air, and re-tighten. The two fill holes have a flow for the hose that attaches to it.
Cons
Material is even thinner than my msr dromedary bag. The fold/crease/seam keeps getting pin holes in it from flexing. Now i have to return it somehow which will be impossible until nyc if off lockdown.
Highlights
Quality
Overall i am happy with the ivy bag
Ive given it five stars but would add some notes based on my experience thus farthe ports are pretty easily attached and remove... Read More
They make body bags but low quality water bags
Price
Other than the price i’ve got no complaints
Packaging/appearance
That bag is made by extra packaging llc they are an awful company
I would appreciate a replacement otherwise it is 150 that is literally down the drain
I plan to replace the tubes on my ivy bag with some that are similar to those on the aquatank2
Competitiveness
Heavy construction similar to a heavyduty air mattress
It just takes a bit more work than advertised

It needs to be at a 90 and the hose clamps should not have sharp cutting edges that could rub and cut into the bags

Update 3 months laternow after several trips i have discovered that they bags are pretty resilient to abrasion

Okay so pretty strong but still the sharp hose clamps are going to cut something some time and honestly on fill port would of sufficed and a breather

Neither brand has leaked in my use but i gave up sooner on the aquatank2 bag because it was impossible to transport

Something aquatank2 actually lists as a selling point to their bagyet in the same description the aquatank2 says it is only made for and warrantied for a static environment

There is no way to secure the aquatank2 in the bed of a pickup

If i need to build a cradle to secure this bag then i might as well buy a dedicated rigid plastic water tank but that takes space even when empty and is far more expensive
