Had to have a tankless water heater bath and kitchen fixtures garbage disposal wallhung toilet vessel sink and a dryer vent and drain and water lines for the washer installed

They also let me know 12 gas line works fine with certain type of tankless water heaters while the other guy said i should contact hoa its a townhouse and upgrade the main gas line
