    Well i fully charged the product over night and the next day i plugged my iphone 6splus in and nothing no charging so i cranked the manual charger on the device and the phone started to charge

    Here lies the problem unless you have three arms you cant crank the device and use your phone at the same time for when you stop cranking it stops charging
