Pros

If this product was sold in home depot or lowe's or walmart, i'm sure it would do very well. Not only can it be used as a trolley, but can also double as a step ladder. Bought some bungee cords to help & it becomes more useful.

Cons

The wheel bracke was't drilled through, the upright arm leans back to far. Don't buy this product.
