Pros & Cons
Pros
This mat is much lighter and thinner than the manduka grp and other similar mats. It is on the thicker side (eg not a flimsy thin mat) and the back is similar to the back of a neoprene mousepad. My knees have plenty of padding and don't hurt or needed... Read More
The mat is a little sticky which is great for when it gets soaked with sweat. I use it for hot yoga classes and it definitely absorbs my sweat.
The length of the mat is suitable for me. Love the strap too, i wear it crossbody when walking to my neighborhood studio and wrap it around my suitcase when traveling. It's comparable to lululemon except not as heavy.
Cons
After about a month of use the mat is wrinkly and will not flatten in use. The 5mm mat underneath is super flimsy and unsupportive. This is a waste of money and for $60-$70 you can buy a much better mat that will last for years.
