My mats tend to get damaged easily in the past but this mat has been very durable - i highly recommend it. This mat works fine but be careful if you intend to use it for anything other than gentle yoga.

Comfortable to kneel on without being too thick for balance poses. Good anti-slip and just enough cushioning on hard floors. I have metal pins in my back and dodgy knees and find it really comfortable.
