Pros
For drywall without a stud, these are super easy to use and hold really well. They can be * into tge wall either with an electric drill or with a handheld screwdriver.
Cons
The box says no drill required. At best it goes in the drywall. If you have to back out the screw for some reason the whole anchor comes out.

The anchor has a phillips hole so just stick it onto your drill and run it low speed into the wall
