The automatic sensor works for cats as well as humans. It works with both a sink and a faucet.
Cons
Ez faucet is defective. Small o-ring seal is insufficient to protect four aaa batteries form moisture so battery corrosion is inevitable. Battery compartment is cheap.

Leaks around the gasket. Used pipe dope, leaked again. Didn't help. It's upsetting because i was really looking forward to this.
The product is also difficult to set and i kept trying to reset the product and adjust the sensor to my cat, and now it won't even let me turn it off or reset it. The issue seems to be that the valve gets stuck closed and won't open.
