I bought 3 of these locks and have had the lock in place for about 2 weeks now

The instructions on changing the master code do not seem to work

What is worse is that neither the new master code nor the original master code seem to work after that and the lick has to be reset which involves taking the lock off of the door again

Fortunately the instructions for changing user codes works for the master code as well
