Pros
Both green tea and oolong have many health benefits. Nice when you want cold tea without brewing. Can't speak personally about its efficacy with headaches.
An integral part of my morning concoction. Perfect as a substitute for sodas.
Will be purchasing again. The only complaint i have is that sometimes they are sent to me tossed in a box.
It's more than a few gulps. They're small enough to keep in your purse and drink when you're feeling sluggish and sleepy. It is slightly spendy for 30 cans though.
Very ethical and honest. If money is not an issue, then i highly recommend the ito en sencha shot!

Best part is that these are steel cans and are 100 infinitely recyclable
Would love more care in packaging though
