Major understatement. Not uncomfortable at all and immediate relief. Only downside is the visible pantry line it makes.

Based on the sizing chart i was a petite small and a medium at the same time

I called the manufacturer and they told me to buy based on my hips 28 weeks preg measured at 37” which put me at the medium
