Pros

The only downfall is the size. Using 10 keeps my hair soft and silky. The color stays fresh and my hair isn't dry. It's a 10 silk express miracle silk smoothing balm along with biosilk silk therapy.

Cons

The shampoo was completely watered down. The conditioners both work well enough, but are heavily perfumed which i don't care for. The scent is off, it is watery, and barely even usable.

Not soft n silky like the normal 10. If the price seems too good to be true, it probably isn't legit. My instinct is that it is not the real deal.

This shampoo is so watery and has made my hair oily. I have to use a lot of product to get it distributed evenly on my scalp.

My colored hair does so wel with this product

Not only do the products have a plastic seal around them guaranteeing closure but you also have to twist them to pump the product out

I love the product except the pump on the conditioner did not work

Packaging/appearance

The spout wont work so i have to take it off every time i shower in order to get any conditioner out of the bottle
