They are relatively stiff, so be prepared to break them in. A little stiff at first but gets better over time. Just a little breaking in needed. It will definitely soften with wear.

Im actually impressed by how its so good for the price. For a $15 strap, it's not bad. If you're looking for a decent quality and cheap strap, this is definitely an option.

The band comes with a small fork type tool with a pin push tool on the other end to help with the removal and install. The pins that came with the new band are a tad small in diameter. Installation set is included.

It goes nicely with my watch. Will fit most people nicely. Yes, it has a fancy safety clasp, etc. This strap is exactly what my husband wanted as a replacement for his worn one.
