I ended up pulling the bolts out with pliers and putting the original bar springs that came with my sna411 bracelet back in

The old strap on my watch was marked 22mm so i ordered the same size however i found it impossible to attach to my watch and unfortunately had to return it

Only improvement would have been faster shipping not higher postage and a choice of clip ssteel gold rose gold as i had to purchase the clip separately same seller and guess the tapered width of band at clasp end
