Pros

Small but mighty. Works perfectly! The only downside is it can run out of water fairly fast.

It is very satisfying when i have a very wrinkly shirt and all i have to do is plug in my steamer and not even 10 minutes later i can wear that shirt wrinkle free. I also use it for smoothing paper that can not get wet.

Cons

The steamer shoots water all over your clothes. It packs small and runs out in seconds. My whole house smells like burning plastic.

Not a durable product.

It was returned asap and will not replace. Don't see a way to request a replacement. Will return and buy from another brand.
