Battery lasts longer than my shift, and when i forget to charge it, almost lasts two full shifts. Volume is as expected wish it was able to go louder for phone calls but other wise its good. The blue tooth works fine but would be nice if they were a l... Read More

Exceeds expectations. This is a tricky review for me, because i really like them despite being defective out of the box.

Updating my review to reflect a satisfactory customer service experience. Over all good product. Will buy again.

Cons

The they do not provide that much in the way of sound deadening. They are not as easy to insert as ear plugs. The foam inserts are cheap and fall off the earbuds making them unusable.

Bluetooth connectivity is spotty. Unfortunately the bluetooth connection is seriously flaky.

Rarely been so disappointed with a purchase on amazon.
