Pros
Bought this to clean my aligner trays. Easy to use, i throw half of a retainer tablet in warm water with my invisalign & they come out sparkling clean. Easier and more effective than brushing them.
It's a bit pricey but it is an investment that i suspect will serve for years to come. It almost seems a bit stronger with the battery versus the plug.
Cons
The product is nonrefundable, and non-returnable. It is absolutely not removable. Outside of amazon return window and no success contacting the manufacturer's customer service.
There is a short in the cord as the power to the unit will come on and off while plugged in and the cord is jiggled. The power button is ultra sensitive and turns the unit on/off when you don't mean to. Tried on several outlets, that are confirmed wor... Read More

Yes its a small design feature that doesnt impact how it cleans but its the attention to detail for the enduser thats always appreciated

Previously i was using my oral b electric toothbrush to scrub my retainers but they would be really hard to get fully clean and not miss any tiny nooks it was a pain and invisalign is already annoying enough to deal with

It may be that water got where it shouldn’t have near the power switch but i can no longer charge the battery

After much wear and tear over the years the cover to the power button finally wore out

Soaking them with a denture cleaner is also not great because they never feel very clean afterward
