Works great on my gable attic vent fan. Damped the braun attic fan noise considerably.

An easy install. Very nice quality / no complaints.

They have a little sticky on one side to they stay in place while you line up the screw/bolt holes and work as advertised. Like self adhesive labels like price stickers, a little patience and heat from a hair dryer and they will peel off without any d... Read More

Cons

As you tighten the screw the metal * bulges through the large donut hole in the washer and contacts the mounting surface. Not necessary or even useable with afr smt-2. Definitely not an attic gable fan when using the suggested mounting instructions.
