If you are planning on just using the lowest height setup and if youre mainly concerned about performance then i would also consider using foam monitor pads

My kali lp6 monitors were originally placed on my desktop and the bass frequencies were vibrating things on my desk which is not good

When i placed the monitors on the stands i noticed a much tighter bass as you would expect
