This model is made from plastic with metal uprights but the quality is so high that the plastic looks like its powder coated
I do find the product pricey considering the quality of materials but i cant really dispute the result they work as advertised

Once you insert the rods into the base for example you can keep pushing them deeper into the rubberized holes by pressing harder theres no clear indication that the rod has been pushed in as deep as it shouldcan go so the only way to make sure that the stands are configured identically is to push each rod as hard as possible until nothing seems to move anymore

I thought about getting these or the pucks but decided these would be better for positioning my speakers to the correct highangle

So it was a little difficult to match both sides and if you push too far trying to find the bottom it will pop the rubber piece out of place

Also found it difficult to remove and adjust after putting the poles in couple got stuck and i had to use pliers to remove them

A tad pricey for a couple pieces of plastic and rubber although it could be argued that the engineering that went into them could be worth the price

You can decide for yourself whether acoustic isolation improves the sound quality i think it probably does but i havent done any testing to prove it
