Pros

Customer service is phenomenal. Reordering a 2nd one after 4-5 yrs of use. Worth every penny.

Cons

The pillow is not as firm or supportive as the old pillow. The material has no support, sags to the mattress, and might as well be a hotel pillow. My head now just sinks to the bottom.

This is not the same pillow as 4-5 years ago. The first pillow's tag shows 100% urethane and the newer one show 100% polyurethane. The height and weight of the current version is dramatically different as it is not as tall nor supportive and weighs mu... Read More

It seems like they've cheapened these newer ones up. It's super unfortunate that the quality degraded. Beware - it's not the same product it used to be.
