The only thing i dont like is the pump tube is too short so youre left with product at the bottom that you cant get out using the pump

They made no effort to protect the bottle with additional packing material nor did they secure the cap it was either placed in the envelope with the screwon cap already loose or it became loose no surprise since it was not secured being thrown around during transit
