Of course the band collar is designed to be worn open even though there is a button to button it up as this is essentially a semidressy casual shirt

The inside of the cuffs are trimmed with the same ladies pajama type fabric on them as the interior of the shirt around the neck and yoke and this feature might not work for everyone either
