Pros
The clear acrylic keeps it innocuous. It only takes up a small space on my dresser. The two sections keep my earrings enclosed but visable and easily accessed.
This unit is tall and holds a lot of long-ish dangle earrings without looking crowded. Holds many earrings. I have a huge jewelry problem- in fact it is like a weird hoarding situation.
For stud earrings and dangle earrings it’s great. It has many holes for studs or for long tassle earrings. I can put fairly large earrings in it as well as hoops and studs.
Cons
Barely serviceable. The width of the bar is such that the normal wire earring doesn't quite fit. Since the bulk of my earrings are on wires, this means that this works considerably less well than it could.

Acrylic is not too thin instead it’s solid yet small enough to easily use

Several points difficult to reach all of the interior holes drawers don’t come out very far could not travel with this item because they is no way to secure the drawers except with rubber bands

I did notice that i cannot use it to store fluffy earrings or overly large hoops

It took me a whole row of forcing earrings into the holes to realize what those were for
