To that who do not know much about the quality of hand tools like pliers and cutters
They have a quality finish and design the workmanship on them is spot on
Price
Price is worth it if you have a big job to do or if your hand strength isnt enough with regular nippers
The only thing that might give you a pause would probably be the price

They came with a wellmade and very handy lanyard
These cutters are ten times better than the irwin chinesium version
Do yourself a favor and get a pair of knipex pliers wrench
