Pros

These things rock. Definate buy. But, just a heads up to the seller.

Cons

The fish oil smell is horrendous. It's just impossible to consume them now without gagging. It is too strong for my system and gives me heartburn and nausea sometimes.

This is now the 3rd bottle in a row i have had this issue with (in my purchases between march and december 2014), so i am requesting a refund/return. However the manufacturer has serious issues. Not eligible for returns so wasted money.

These vitamins are easy to swallow you only have flavor when one is busted in the jar

The only thing i can complain about is sometimes 1 capsule will break in the bottle and the whole bottle smells like fish oil

I like the softgel products because i believe they absorb better and these are easy to swallow

I like that the only one multi doesnt have iron or saw palmetto but does have omega3 oils
