This review covers the quality, sturdiness and ease of assembly. I’m 300 lbs and this thing holds me like a champ(i am actually writing this review while inverted). Plenty strong. It is respectfully sturdy too.
This is the best quality for the cheapest price. If your on the fence about buying an inversion table spend the money on this one. The cheaper ones are cheaper for a reason.
Served on active duty in the marine corps. No other health issues and extremely active outdoors. Check with a physician before to ensure optimal results. If you have similar affected spinal injury or stenosis, i encourage you to try it.
Adjustable strap allows which angle you want to lay at. Only slight issue is if you decide to not wear socks and shoes it can hurt your feet and even shins a little bit.
Cons
Too heavy to be assembled. Manufacturer refuses to honor warranty. Dont purchase paradigm wellness products.
The velco is under the hinge & might pull the hinges up. The strap that is supposed to keep you from going too far upside down has been reported by other users to snap at the clasps.
