Pros

Everyone at the cottage is happy with the purchase. Good product, good seller, quick delivery.

The tank was shipped with the resin pre-installed. My plumber is great and insanely busy.

Easy to install. Had to run to hardware store to get one after installation but prior to testing it. Planning out the entire install in advance to make sure you have everything you need.

The unit does what it is supposed to and removes my iron and hardness. On average so far, the softener regenerates about once per week.

My only regret with this system is the fact that i didn't buy it sooner! The system is sent in 2 separate packages a few days apart. Will update how this is handled.

The unit is heavy and the cardboard box was damaged during shipping

Shipping took a really long time though which is bad if you have really hard water and need it fixed asap
