Only problem i have with this is that i cant really feel it affecting my inner forearm but it seems to affect more the outer forearm this is not with only exercises requiring the outer forearm when doing curls for example it doesnt seem to help to really hit the inner but more the side of the forearm if you can understand the elaborate point im trying to put across which is proving to be quite difficult

Best grips out there standard fgripz too small and extremes too big manus too long for commercial gym dbs but these badboys kill it

Slightly too small for the standard bars in the gym and leaves a gap but can still use it
