Pros
It's less messy than the alternative block of chalk version. My only complaint is that it dried inside the cap and it's a pain to clean out. It isn’t messy and it washes off easily. Doesn't make a mess.
I work out at a gym that prohibits powder chalk. The chalk works as it should for lifting. Great for oly lifting and crossfit.
Cons
Heavy grit makes it hard to use. After it dries, it flakes off like chalk. Not good for bouldering and climbing.

But the liquid hardens in the bottle at the top and you have to take the lid off and poke with your finger every use
