I have never left a product review before but am doing so in the case of the irocker paddleboard i purchased from amazon this year because it was a 600 purchase and came with a 2year warranty

When i laid it on a flat rock and inflated it air immediately escaped out of an 18 abrasion on the side of the board

When i called irocker when i got home to double check the instructions for the return i was told that what the first rep

Told me wasnt the case and that they would not replace the board if i returned it but would just send the same board back to me with the existing patch unchanged if it still held air
